Hers says. "The downtown used to be a pedestrian area and with the advent of the automobile. those shopping areas have been spread out through- out the residential areas. So we're just going back to making those shopping spots more of a central area to meet, which is what Upper Oakville Shopping Centre aims at," Net's says.
