Town guide available By now you should have received the Town of Halton Hills Community Activity & Service Guide delivered to your door the weekend of August 18. Read up on both Recreation & Parks' well-established programs and their brand new ones, as well as information on other community service providers. The Town Guide is a valuable resource for deciding how you want to spend your leisure time. If you have not received your guide by now, you can pick one up at the Civic Centre, Gellert Community Centre, all arenas, pools, the Halton Hills Cultural Centre, both branches of the Public Library and the Georgetown and Acton Senior Centres or general stores and post offices in the hamlets. Plan on playing this season with Recreation & Parks. Processing of all fall and winter program registration begins Wednesday, August 30. Manual registrations are now being accepted by mail to Town of Halton Hills Recreation & Parks, fax to 905-873-1587 or drop off at the Halton Hills Civic Centre, Gellert Community Centre or the Acton Community Centre. Or try the convenient self-serve registration services and find out immediately if you are in a program: on-line with Reg-e at www.haltonhills.ca or by phone with TeleReg at 905-873-2498. Family PINs are required for access to both systems.
