Friday, June 16 Inline Hockey tournament: Ontario Inline Hockey League of Georgetown hosts its annual inline hockey houseleague tournament at Mold-Masters SportsPlex, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 16, 17, 18). Please come out to support your local inline hockey players. Fundraisers during the tourney will go to the Georgetown Snipers Inline Rep Hockey team who will compete in the North American Roller Hockey Championships in Mississauga, July 15-31. Globe auditions: Auditions are now being scheduled for Georgetown Globe Productions' upcoming fall production of Urinetown, a spirited send-up of musicals and their conventions.
