municipality of york is undertaking a class environmental assessment ea to identify the preferred approach for the delivery of additional water supply capacity for future approved growth in the communities of ballantraemusselman lake and bloomington previous studies have identified the need for additional water supply in the event of that one of the two existing wells is not operational this
