south of the stouffville county market in october 2004 the town of whitchurchstouffville initiated a planning process that will result in master plans being prepared for memorial and bethesda parks the plan for memorial park will account for the extension of park drive through the site and the retirement of the water pollution control plant scheduled in the next few years bethesda park is an
