estate the cost will be factored in when politicians and staff hammer out the 2003 budget regional chairperson bill fisch said the maintenance cost is a necessary buildings here and around the region are going to have costs whether we like it or not he said having reserves to draw on will save taxpayers taking an unexpected financial hit should problems arise mr fisch said i think its prudent to
