judge dismissed his staff of three for the afternoon as a result of health com plaints he said the incident came on the heels of a weekend cleanup of more mould in the building the courthouse was within acceptable ranges she said the courthouse was closed for a year beginning june 2000 to eradicate toxic mould in the building which was con structed in 1980 several years after it was opened some of the brickwork had to be replaced to fix leaks ms ras said tuesday the type of mould removed last week had not yet been identified were still awaiting test results she said
