students at orchard park public school were among the winners of the first tom tittel youth award given to those who provide good role models in their schools and who show good citi zenship the award was named for mr tittel who worked for the york region separate school board as a guidance department head and consultant and who passed away suddenly in jan uary he was instrumental in introducing
