conforming with this bylaw shall be removed by the householder before 2000 hours 800 pm local time on the day of the garbage collection residents can reduce the amount of garbage placed out for stouffville works yard is operated by the whitchurch- stouffville recycling group the depot is open to all residents and businesses including those not receiving blue box collection hours of operation
