city last tuesday at the recreation centre as the stouffville figure skating club held its annual interclub meet competitions were held in several categories with medals being awarded to first second and third place finishers the meet was sponsored by the stouffville lions club and mem ber ike hodgson was on hand to present the winners with plaques and medals in the prejuvenile ladies divi sion leslie penny took the gold medal with the silver going to leeanna hamilton and bronze to jeni barker elizabeth davia won the gold in the juvenile ladies division her sister alicia won the bronze and the silver was taken by janine jeffrey the prenovice ladies gold medal went to brenda hachey susan anderson won the pre- novice ladies competitive divi sion midgets boys on a tear cont from pg 25 lamarre tinkler may and salesio did the damage in a 41 win over newmarket assists went to derek power 2 pogue houett salesio brian hayes and kyle obrien 162 record the enpoco migets stretched their for a 42 win over georgetown bell david kina- han 2 each brian martin and terzo assisted grossi from salahub and cavanagh from bell scored in a 21 overtime win over ching- uacousy the consolation final saw new market tally in each period to down the locals 30 grossi was picked a tournament mvp in exhibition action chris bell and jimmy finnerty shared the shutout in- a scoreless draw with
