scarborough- township in 1882 the daughter of peter b and susanah wideman reesor she and her husband joseph farmed until their retirement in 1955 mr byer prede ceased his wife in 1968 elizabeth byer was a member of the reesor mennonite church at steeles avenue markham she lived a calm peaceful life one day at a time she en joyed fairly good health and was blessed with an active mind in fact her mind was much like a computer she knew geography without looking at a map she remembered peoples names she knew where all her relations lived and who they married she lived for the lord her family was
