covering stories doing photography and laying out the pages its a lot of hard work but its rewarding you are ac tually doing- something concrete which you can see the results but the best practical experience has to be working in a newsroom along with skilled reporters and an editor who really knows his business im looking forward to working here because i know ill learn a lot i enjoy writing hard news and feature stories and now ill have the chance to do some and with the help of jim thomas im sure my writing will improve i will be graduating in may of this year and i hope to get a job on a weekly newspaper as a reporter i know with the experience i receive here at the tribune my chances of obtaining employment will be greater who knows maybe i can talk mr thomas into giving me a job
