tcpersonally they are not bigcity investors and yet for some reason this subject has never been mentioned even though i see them frequently this may be good business ethics in their opinion but certainly it is one rotten job of public relations however there are tcertain things in life for hich some people are willing to fight one ifseems to be money and another seems to be their jprivacy and way of life in a rural area which will in no way be enhanced by 27 chouses call this selfish or whatever connotation 7you wish to give it but rje greed of the speculators is also most obvious and should be curbed to some extent if at all possible c we realize only too well that the small lots already in existence in gthis area if multiplied certainly will ruin the crural atmosphere- but the existing small lots are here because there was a subdividing carried out some years ago by a jblever lawyer and a sleepy council while the yest of us sat on our rumps and said it could never happen until we saw the first excavation this time many of us intend to apply as much jgpressure as possible to show our objection to a highdensity subdivision- with all its problems right on our doorstep subdivision our assessment is not 20000 but 29000 i ex pect our 1975 taxes to be over 750 we do not have if mor of society realized this iftings would be in better shape today we need time and space
