is very explicit that a residence occupi ed by a person not solely en gaged in farming and it states the residence will bear a sep arate assessment when asked his occupation the appellant said manufactorer and farmer but two designations are not allowed the owner said he intended to withdraw gradually from his manufacturing endeavor and intended to develop into a push button farm operation the court upheld the assessor but it was expected the case would be appealed to a judge ballantrae mfgr- appeals k a rodgers lot 20 cone 6 appealed on an assessment of 5810 an increase of 1510 over the mixing ot concrete is the addition of too much water concrete made with too much water hardens into a mass that appears to be very strong but is usually is only half as durable as con crete made with the correct volume of water the condition of the sand used is closely related to the amount of water youll need about 5 gallons of water is recommended for each sack ot portland cement but this will vary depending on whether the sand is wet or dry- with very wet sand you may need only 1 gallons with very dry 6 gal ions when using a premlx the bag tells how much water should be added the problem arises when only a portion of a bag is needed care should be taken to see that the pro portion is correct why is it that some bus pas sengers think their ticket en titles them to the whole bus
