glass window crowe wa charged with drunken and disorderly conduct and fined 2300 and costs both sugden and crowe appeared in richmond hill court on tuesday the matter was investigated by sgt chester gilliatt of markham village po lice department in another markham village case before the courts on tues day joseph mulhall of toronto was fined s100 and costs for driving while his ability was
