procuring of funds to cover the sale of debentures in the amount of 152000 the townships share of the new high school to be built on the west side of the municipality it was stated that the usual method of shortterm financing with the bank awaiting the sale of debentures could not be used owing to the tight mon ey policy solicitor lucas advised using the ontario municipal invest ment corporation he pointed out that it would not be neces sary to use the money from this source if an offer was forth coming at a lower rate council agreed to ask omic for the money a revolutionary
