in this locality were mar ried fifty years ago in england july 24th the couple arrived in this country aboard the empress of ireland in 1914 the vessel sank on its second return voy age both mr and mrs yates were born in wiltshire england mr yates has farmed through out his lifetime the couple spent nineteen years in mark- ham township nine in scarboro and have been at ringwood for the past
