The first recruit to sign up with the 228th Construction Battalion, Norther Fusiliers, in their present campaign in Timmins was Mr. Andrew Haughland, who will make the best type of soldier because he is the best type of man and citizen. "This is the type of man we want," say Lieut. Allan and Sergt Stockwell, who have inaugurated a "Give Us His Name" campaign to get in touch with likely men.
