Notes:
Ward and Dewland was the first business to occupy the Bradley Block building at the corner of Simcoe and Athol Sts. Opened in 1920, Ward and Dewland soon became Ward's Dry Goods, then Ward's Department Store. It is unclear exactly when Ward's closed down, but the space it once occupied is now a restaurant.
