William Bishop of Newmarket says that he has never been the tool of any man, nor can any man ever say that he has been a tool of his. No orders ere given by the Reeve to tear down the bills of any merchant, and even as he is writing this letter the bills of Wm. McMaster may be seen on the fence of Wm. Wallis and of Dr. Ford.
