After hearing evidence in three instances on land to be expropriated by the Newmarket town council as a proposed memorial site, His Honor Judge Barton adjourned . Evidence given by both owners and town representatives on the Geer and Byers properties on Park and Botsford Sts.; the Streeter property on Park; and for the town on the Broughton property on Park.
