Continued from first page. Industrial Home inmates died due to lack of medicine being available. Dr. Rutherford refused to resign after a number of deaths at the Home. Mr. Bently, an inmate, died after Dr. Rutherford sent another man to look at him. Dr. Rutherford resigned after several speakers. Bylaw passed to appoint Stanley Scott, M.D. as physcian for the Induatrial Home for $100.00 a year plus cost of medicine. Committee on Finace and Assessment issued a bylaw for loan of $20,000. New Courthouse scheme was proposed.
