Soldiers were enroute back to Camp Borden when six were killed and two injured in a crash. Pte. Arthur P. Forsythe, L-Cpl. Leonard Arthur Chapman, Pte. Alfred Charles Carter, Pte. Douglas Campbell Kinloch, Pte. Kenneth Theodore Seastrom, Pte. William S. Gaines, Pte. Ronald Manktelow. Steve Marych was driver of truck involved in collision.
