Goldie Jones Carr died yesterday at General Hospital at the age of 58 years. He was born in Forest, Ontario, and had lived in Hamilton for 42 years. Mr. Carr was employed by the Steel Company of Canada, Hamilton Works. He lived at 153 Wentworth Street North.

Surviving are his widow, the former Emily Nelson, three sons, Cecil, Robert and Ronald, all of Hamilton; three daughters, Mrs. Donald Hughes (Marion), Mrs. Bruce Clark (Marjorie), both of Hamilton, and Mrs. Harold Croyier (Helen), of Dundas; a brother, Lundy Carr, of Brighton Beach; 4 sisters, Mrs. Ella Kemp. Grimsby; Mrs. Theresa Jamieson, Welland; Mrs. James Boughner, of Port Colborne, and Mrs. Richard Edgar, of Fort Erie; and 4 grandchildren.
