Harry Prudhomme, aged 70, died Friday evening at his home, East Avenue, Beamsville. A life-long resident of the Beamsville district, he had owned the Prudhomme jewellery store on King Street in Beamsville for 45 years, retiring 5 years ago.

Mr. Prudhomme was a past master and treasurer of Ivy Lodge, A.F. and A.M., a member of the I.O.F., and St. Alban's Church.

Surviving besides his widow, the former Margaret Wilson, are two sons, Fred W., of Hagersville, and Ronald H., of Grimsby; two daughters, Mary of Sudbury, and Mrs. Hudson Maccoomb, of Buffalo.
