Daisy Evelyn Smith, a native of Nova Scotia, died last Wednesday in West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in her 66th year.
For the last few months she had been residing with a daughter, Mrs. V.E. Frederick, at Grimsby Beach.
She was born in Halifax on Sept. 10th, 1886, and was a member of the Kempville United Church.
Surviving are four sons: Ray and Albert, in Toronto; Roy and Leonard, in Nova Scotia; two daughters, Mrs. Frederick, at Grimsby Beach, and Mrs. Orville Miller, in Hamilton; also two brothers, Edward McKinley, in Nova Scotia, and George McKinley, in Portland, Maine.
Services were conducted from the Stonehouse Funeral Home, Saturday, April 12th. Pall bearers were her four sons and two sons-in-law. Interment was made in Queen's Lawn Cemetery.
