Mrs. Donald Clark, life-long resident of the Grimsby district, died Friday at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in her 83rd year.
The former Maude Hare, she was born near Smithville on July 11, 1869, a daughter of the late Walter and Olivia Hare. She had resided in Hamilton for a few years with her husband, the late Donald Clark, D.D.S., who predeceased her in 1943. She was a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Grimsby, and in her earlier life had been a member of the choir.
Two daughters, survive, Mrs. M. S. Nelles, of Grimsby, and Mrs. William A. Falvey, of Katonah, New York.
Funeral services were conducted in St. Andrew's Church on Sunday afternoon by Rev. E.A.Brooks.
Interment was in St. Andrew's churchyard.
Casket bearers were Robert C. Bourne, George Marr, George Nelles, Victor W. Thompson, George and Bruce Geddes.
