Mrs. Archibald Tweedle, the former Lydia Nelson, died on Saturday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. J.E. Payne, Winona, in her 79th year.

She was born in Fulton, Ontario, and was a resident of that district most of her life, where she was a member of Fulton United Church and the Winona Women's Missionary Society.

She is survived by two sons, Ira, of Vinemount, and Ila, of Mount Hope; 3 daughters, Mrs. J.E. Payne, Mrs. Edgar Althouse, Grassie, and Mrs. Etta Wright, Hamilton; one brother, William A. Nelson, Port Weller; two sisters, Mrs. Herman Jackson, Fulton, and Mrs. Hugh MacDougall, of Grimsby; and also 8 grandchildren.
