Fifteen-months-old Gordon Clark was killed almost instantly on Sunday, almost in full view of his mother, when the little tot came in contact with the front of a tractor being operated by his father.

The father had just started the machine and moved a few feet, when Mrs. Clark missed the little fellow and screamed, the first indication the father had that the boy was in the immediate vicinity. The boy died on the way to hospital. He suffered head injuries. Coroner Harold D. Latham, Beamsville, said an inquest would not be necessary. O.P.P D'Arcy Garrett investigated.

Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold C. Clark, he is survived by an older brother, Robert; also his grandparents, Mrs. A.J. Knapman, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tenent.

Funeral services for the little victim were held from the J.W. Buck and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon.
