Frank Graisley, mason and brick layer, who had worked on construction of a great many homes throughout this area, died Saturday morning at his home on Barton Street Road in Saltfleet Township.
In his 90th year, he was born at Jordan on January 8, 1861, a son of the late Thomas and Martha (Swackhammer) Graisley.
He had been a resident of the Grimsby district for 50 years, and had lived on Barton Street for the last 30 years.
In religion he was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Charles, of St. Catharines, and Fred at home; also a daughter, Flossie, at home; and a brother, Albert, of Detroit, and formerly Grimsby.
Remains rested at the Stonehouse Funeral Home, Grimsby, where service was held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
Interment was made in Queen's Lawn Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Harry J. Charles, William and Fred Schwab, Floyd Johnston and Walter Whitfield.
Rev. J.P. McLeod officiated.
