Percy Edward Fulford, South Grimsby Township, died suddenly at his home on Friday, January 20th. He was born in England 53 years ago, the elder son of Mrs. Emma Fricker Fulford and the late Edward Fulford.
He came to Canada 40 years ago, resided in the Winona district for 7 years and then moved to South Grimsby. He was a farmer most of his life and was well known in the Winona and Grimsby district. He was a member of the Orange Lodge, and an adherent of the Anglican Church.
Surviving are his mother; a brother, John, at home; and two nieces in England.
The remains rested at the Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville, for service on Monday, January 23 at 2 p.m. Interment was made in St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Smithville.
Rev. E.A. Brooks conducted the service, and the casket bearers were Harold Hilberg, Henry Haws, Murray Blanchard, Charles Faul, Edward Duck and Edward Ball.
