The death occurred at her home, 185 Main street west, Grimsby, on Friday morning, Nov. 14, 1924, of Elizabeth Jane Calvert, wife of John Calvert, formerly of South Wales. Mrs. Calvert came to Grimsby with her husband family from Brantford, Ont. about a year ago, and had been ill for some weeks. Surviving beside her husband are three sons and three daughters: John J., James and Herbert Calvert, all of Grimsby; Mrs. Wesley Sackrader of Baysville, Ont., and Beatrice and Winnie at home. The funeral took place from her late home on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 15, to Queen's Lawn Cemetery, the Rev. F.S. Milliken conducting the services. The pallbearers were the three sons, and Charles Packham, Charles Fortman and Wesley Sackrader.
