A former resident of North Grimsby, Mrs. Elizabeth Walters, passed away in Toronto on Monday, May 7th, after a lingering illness in her 93rd year.

The deceased lady was born in England in 1853 and came to Canada 34 years ago and to the Grimsby district 24 years ago and resided with the late Russell and Mrs. Greig, Ridge Road west, North Grimsby. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held from the Stonehouse Funeral Home this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30, Rev. R.C. Standerwick officiating. Interment will be made in Queen's Lawn Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Parmenter in England.
