A prominent resident of Grimsby Beach, where he had lived since retiring from active business 20 years ago, Frank Everett Dalton passed away at his home on Monday. A native of Niagara Falls, he had owned a mercantile business there for many years. He was in his 87th year.

Keenly interested in affairs at Grimsby Beach, he took an active part in the Cottagers' Association and Lawn Bowling Club. He was a member of the United Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. R. Glenn Liddy, of Montreal, and Mrs. Samuel Bartlett, Grimsby Beach. Funeral was held from the Morse & Son chapel, Niagara Falls, on Wednesday afternoon, interment being made in Drummond Hill cemetery.
