Sidney R. Riseam, 160 Strathcona Avenue North, Hamilton, died last Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gordon Shafer, 5 Nelles Blvd., Grimsby.

Born in London, England, 75 years ago, he had lived in Hamilton for 60 years. Before his retirement 15 years ago, he had been associated with the A.M. Souter Company as an upholsterer for 25 years.

He was a member of Acacia Lodge, A.F. and A.M., No. 61, G.R.C.; Murton Lodge of Perfection, A. and A.S.R.; Hamilton Sovereign Chapter of Rose Croix, H.R.D.M., A. and A.S.R.; and Moore Sovereign Consistory, S.P.R.S., A. and A.S.R.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gordon Shafer, of Grimsby and Mrs. David Fyfe, Jr., of Guelph; and 5 grandchildren.
