A resident of Clinton Township for the past 23 years and a former citizen of western Canada for 26 years, Joseph Procyshyn died in his 81st year in Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday. Deceased was a native of Ukrainia.

Surviving are his widow, four sons, John, Clinton township; Michael, Beamsville; Roy, Fishing River, Man., and Edward at home; nine daughters, Mrs. John Christian, Stoney Creek; Mrs. William Lisowsky, Mrs. Nelson Penley, Hamilton; Mrs. Francis Lupejkis, Mrs. Stanley Runick, Buffalo; Mrs. Ernest Wall, Ajax; Mrs. Alvoy Blain, Montreal; Mrs. Louis Piker, Beamsville, and Catharine at home.

The funeral was held Friday morning from his late home to St. Mary's Ukrainian Church for mass which was conducted by Rev. J.G. Chinny, assisted by Brother Adrian. Interment was in Mount Osborne Cemetery, Beamsville.

The pall bearers were John Chrystian, William Lisowsky, Francis Lupejkis, Stanley Runick, Nelson Penley and Louis Pikor.
