Delmar Claude Travis, of Vinemount, died at his home Tuesday morning.

A lifelong resident of Vinemount, he was a member of the United Church.

Surviving are his wife, the former Bertha Joslin; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George E. Travis; a son, Garnet, at home; 7 brothers, Ellis, Vance and George, all of Hamilton; Lloyd of Fonthill; Clarence of Grimsby; Clyde and Earl, both of Tweedside; three sisters, Viola of Hamilton; Annie of Tweedside, and Grace of Freelton.

The remains are resting at the J.B. Marlatt Funeral Home for service on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Tweedside Cemetery.
