After an illness of more than two years' duration, the death occurred at his home, Stone Road, North Grimsby, on Monday morning of Melborne Donald (Bernard) Emsley.

Deceased was born in St. Catharines January 15th, 1920, and was in his 28th year. He was the son of Melborne and Elizabeth Emsley, Victoria Avenue, Grimsby.

Surviving are his wife, the former Goldie Wilcox, two little daughters, Corona and Kathleen, his parents, and five sisters, Mrs. Roy Godden, Mrs. Walter Bentley, Kathleen, Evelyn and Helen. An only brother was killed overseas.

Funeral services are being held from his late home this afternoon, thence to the Stone Church, Fulton. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Services will be conducted by Rev. J.A. Sutherland of Tapleytwon.
