In failing health for some time, Mrs. Albert E. Cole died at Grimsby on Saturday in her 77th year.

The former Rachael Hannah Weatherill, she was born in Thistletown and had resided at Grimsby for the last 22 years. She was a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church, and of the W.A.

Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mildred, at home, three sons, Norman, Gordon and John, all of Grimsby; and a brother, Arthur Weatherill, of Woodbridge.

The remains rested at the Stonehouse Funeral Home, Grimsby, where service was held Monday evening.

Funeral was held at St. Phillip's Anglican Church, Weston, on Tuesday afternoon and interment made in St. Phillip's Cemetery.

The services were conducted by Rev. E.A. Brooks of St. Andrew's Church, Grimsby; Rev. T.B. Butler and Rev. J.H. Kidd of Weston.

Casket bearers were Herbert and Joseph Weatherill, Harry Fieldhouse, George Mennear, James Buchannan and Wm. Wilds.
