Beamsville Express - On Wednesday, Oct. 29th there passed to her rest Miss Harriett Honsberger, an esteemed resident of Beamsville in her 58th year. The funeral was held on Friday from the home of her brother-in-law, B.F. McIntyre, Mountain Street, where service was conducted by Rev. A.A. Laing, interment taking place at St. Ann's. The deceased was born in South Cayuga township, Haldimand Township, on Jan. 14, 1862. She spent the most part of her life on the farm in St. Ann's and was a regular attendant of the Presbyterian Church of that place. On the death of her father she moved to Beamsville, where she has resided for the past 10 or 12 years. As her illness was of short duration her death was so unexpected that the news was a great shock to her friends. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. B.F. McIntyre, and one brother, W.A. Honsberger, Niagara Falls, N.Y.; also two nieces residing at Niagara Falls, N.Y., and La Salle, N.Y.
