Full Text

The Grim Reaper visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McPherson, Main Street West, on Monday, Nov. 10th and carried off their bright young son,James Edgar, at the early age of 13 years and 6 months. The deceased boy had been in ailing health for about 3 weeks and on Monday his heart gave out and he gradually sank to rest. He was a bright, happy, lovable little chap and was a great favorite among the different merchants for whom he had worked at different times. His early demise was a great shock not only to his family but to his many friends in the town. He was born in Cheshire, England, and came to Canada with his parents when quite a young lad, and has resided here ever since.
