Full Text

Maple Leaf Farm, Stoney Creek, was the scene of a quiet but pretty wedding when Annie Myrtle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Nicholson, became the bride of Mr. Harvey Vincent Murphy, son of Mrs. Mary E. Murphy of Toronto. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J.W. Cooley. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore her traveling suit of navy blue serge, with black fox furs and picture hat of taupe with touches of shell pink, and corsage bouquet of sweetheart roses. She also wore the groom's gift, a string of pearls. The wedding march was played by Mrs. Thorley, and during the signing of the register Mr. Thorley sang Until. After the wedding breakfast the happy couple left for Buffalo and other points. On their return they will reside at 86 Ilford Road, Toronto.
