Full Text

After an illness of five months from paralysis there passed to her eternal rest on Sunday at 6 p.m. Mrs. Agnes Oille of Fonthill. Deceased was the eldest daughter of Isaac and Barbara Snyder Book. She was born at the old Book homestead, Spring Creek, on September 25, 1836, married to Eli Oille in 1858, and went as a bride to the Oille homestead near Effingham where the family resided until 1918. She leaves one son, Allan, one granddaughter, Miss Susie Oille, and two grandsons, also one brother, Thos. Book of Clinton Township. The funeral was held from her home on Tuesday, July 4th at 2 p.m. with interment in the family plot at Rockway cemtery.
