The death occurred on Tuesday, March 14, 1922, in North Grimsby, of Elizabeth Betts, wife of Timothy J. Farrell in her 79th year. Mrs. Farrell was a pioneer of the district. She was born in Clinton Township in 1843, the daughter of Thomas and Jemima Betts, and had spent all her life in this neighbourhood. Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, two daughters and one sister: John H. Farrell of Fulton, Timothy of Hamilton, Wallace of North Grimsby, Mrs. Frank Honsberger of Campden, Miss Minnie Farrell of Buffalo and Mrs. John W. Johnson of Grimsby. The funeral will take place on Thursday, March 16 at 2 p.m. to Queen's Lawn Cemetery.
