While on route to her home on a H. G. & B. Wednesday evening last. Mrs. G.M. Hill, a well known resident of Fruitland, suffered an attack of heart failure, and before a doctor could be called was dead. Deceased had been visiting in the city earlier in the day and left for her home on the 6:10 radial for Grimsby. The car was just east of Stoney Creek when she suddenly collapsed in her seat. Passengers in the car thought at first she was only in a dead faint, but a doctor was, nevertheless, hurriedly summoned. Before he arrived, the woman had breathed her last. The late Mrs. Hill was born at Hamilton 66 years, ago, but for many years had been a respected resident of Fruitland. Her husband predeceased her several years ago. Surviving are her two sons, Frank, who is out West, and George, with whom she resided in Fruitland.
