A very quiet but extremely pretty wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. Scouten, Main Street East, Grimsby, on Tuesday afternoon, March 9, 1920, at 12 o'clock noon, when their only daughter, Margaret, was united in marriage to Charlton Harold, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Pickett, North Grimsby. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Thos. W. Pickett, of Toronto, uncle of the groom, assisted by the Rev. J.A. McLachlan, pastor of the Methodist Church, of which both the contracting parties were energetic members, and neither the bride nor the groom were attended... upon their return [they] will take up residence in Mount Pleasant, Ontario...
