Conductor Johnson and Motorman Davis were relieved of all blame at the inquest into the death of Orville Quigley which took place on Oct. 1 when his auto crashed into an H.G.& B. radial car. The inquest was held in Hamilton on Friday night, and the jury's verdict was that no blame could be attached to anyone. The evidence showed that the motorman had sounded the gong loudly, that the auto did not swerve from its path, and that the glare light at the front of the radial was not lighted but only the dim incandescents.
