Full Text

Miss Mary Tweedle, formerly of Tweedside married - A very pretty, but quiet wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tweedle, Sask. Landing, on Wednesday evening, July 14, when their daughter, Mary Lilly, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Herbert Clayton Lockard, of Cantuar, Sask. The bride, who was becomingly attired in white, was attended by Miss Gladys Johnston, of Cantuar, while the groom was assisted by J. Albert Tweedle of Pennant, Sask., brother of the bride. Rev. Johnson of Beverly performed the ceremony. The happy young couple, who were very popular among the younger set in Cantuar and district, intend making their home in that village. Their numerous friends and acquaintances join in wishing them every happiness.
