Stoney Creek: A very sad accident occurred in the Village on Saturday last. As Henry VanWagner was driving home from the city, his horse suddenly shied, throwing him with great force to the ground. He was picked up and carried home, after which he was taken to the hospital, but only lived an hour, dying on Sunday. He leaves a wife and three small daughters, who have the sympathy of all the community.
