St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Grimsby was the setting for the wedding of Mary Victoria Postar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Postar of Baker Road, and Bruce Kenneth Scobie of 249 Main St. W., Grimsby, son of George Scobie of Barton Street East in Hamilton...Maid of honour was Miss Rita Bacon. Bridesmaids were Miss Sharon Blaylock, Miss Cathy Buchar and Mrs. Diane Blain. Flower girls were Debbie Matic, a niece of the bride, and Carol Postar, a cousin of the bride...Best man at the wedding was Ray Packham of Hannon, Ont. Ushers were John Blain, Dave Armstrong, Norman Sandham, Ron Stogren and Alex Laba...Upon their return, Mr. and Mrs. Scobie will live at 108 Livingston Ave., in Grimsby.
